Balanced HR Solutions Ltd. follows Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This page explains what this website collects and why.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your staff count, the topic you chose and your message. Apart from the visit counts described below, we collect nothing else about you through this site.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and arrange a call. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Services this website uses
- Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it keeps short-term server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
- Freeform delivers contact form messages by email. It stores each message encrypted and deletes it within 7 days.
- Google Analytics counts visits so we can see which pages help people. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device type and your general location. It does not give us your name. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
This website does not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, to keep business records. Then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
